Netflix demands 'proof' of Prince Harry and Meghan Markle's work

Wouldn't Prince Harry and Meghan Markle be too greedy? They have signed several contracts with giants such as Google, Spotify or Netflix.... But for now, the couple has not returned any content.
This Saturday, January 15, the media Express UK revealed that Netflix put pressure on Prince Harry and his wife, so that they finally deliver content for the American platform, as stipulated in their contract established in April 2021.

On YouTube, Royal Family expert Neil Sean revealed the backstory. It puts pressure on them, not only to produce, but to make sure they are producing in front of a large audience, and that their contract allows them to get into the second phase. The expert continued that the couple had to provide evidence that they are on task.

Since the parents of Archie and Lilibet left the United Kingdom for the Californian sun, they sign their own contracts, the first is worth 130 million euros. Except that the couple has accepted a little too much. In April 2021, the youngest son of Prince Charles and Netflix became partners to produce a documentary on the Invictus Games: a competition for soldiers and war veterans. This subject particularly appeals to Prince Harry.

In September 2021, while Prince William's brother has still not delivered any project for the American platform, he signed a new contract with Google. This collaboration aimed to promote sustainable travel, by associating his company Travalyst with the American giant. This project adds even more work for the prince.

In his YouTube video, Neil Sean deemed Harry and Meghan novices in this business. The money they already have from Netflix is going to be eaten up by the professionals they are going to employ.

This is not the streaming giant's first candidate to get historical content: before the royal couple, Netflix called on producer Jemima Khan, a close friend of Princess Diana. Except that the story ended badly. She had started working on the last season of The Crown. But the latter slammed the door, judging the scenario disrespectful and not compassionate enough towards Princess Diana. Would the couple be about to fail in this adventure too?
