Prince Jacques and princess Gabriella of Monaco blow, this Friday, their seven candles. An anniversary which is the occasion, for the Royal Blog, to (re)show you some moments of beautiful complicity between the twins of the Rock.
Already 7 years! On December 10, 2014, the principality of Monaco was in jubilation. The long-awaited heir had pointed the tip of his nose. With the bonus of a little sister. In the middle of the afternoon, Princess Charlene of Monaco had given birth to two children. A girl, Gabriella Thérèse Marie, had been born at 17h04, then a boy, Jacques Honoré Rainier, at 17h06. But as everyone knows, in twins, the elder is the second born.
The son and daughter of Prince Albert II and his wife were officially presented to the Monegasques from the balcony of the Palace on January 7, 2015. The window under which some 6,000 people had gathered opened at exactly 11:54 a.m.Wrapped up in white blankets, the babies of the Rock appeared a minute later, in the arms of their parents. While the band of the Prince's Carabinieri played a piece composed especially for them, the babies remained, because of the cold, only one minute in the sight of all.
Since that day, the hereditary prince Jacques and the princess Gabriella of Monaco had the opportunity to be at various times under the flashes of the photographers. While growing up, they quickly displayed a real complicity. A complicity that is still very strong and that the Royal Blog wanted to (re)show you in a few selected images in this December 10, 2021 where they celebrate their 7th anniversary.
